One of a number of UK Golf Networks around the country, your licnese holder for the North East region is Ian Pilkington, keen amateur golfer, and an entrepreneur when not on the fairways.
The regional aims are simple:
- Build up a regional group of golfing enthusiasts who are active in the business community.
- Use the events so that members and guests can understand their respective businesses, and actively seek to refer work to other members as and when the need arises.
- Enjoy a few games of golf, and everything that goes with them – beer, banter and camaraderie.
- Provide a very informal, but effective platform for business networking.
- Continue to refine and improve the offering so that NEGN members (and those in other regional groups) enjoy events, deals, opportunities on both the golfing and business fronts.
